Be careful about their yearly rent increase as they will offer you reasonable rent for first year without getting into long term lease and then onwards will increase rent by 10 per every year. Moreover while vacating the property they will charge you hefty deposit deduction. Looks that's how they run the renting model by getting the tenants and then exploiting them time and again through rent increase and maintenance charges on them.
