Tenants can submit a maintenance request in two different ways. They can call us or they can submit a request online, via our online portal. Owners can be assured that we are handling everything quickly and efficiently. When the work is completed, we send the owners a detailed statement of the maintenance request, the nature of the problem, and an accounting of the money that was spent on it. Our owners know that their money is being spent judiciously, and not wastefully. We make sure repairs are done quickly and affordably.
