How Long Does the Renting Process Take?
From the moment we begin renting out your property, we conduct an extensive and strategic advertising campaign to market your home. We take a lot of photographs and we write detailed descriptions. Then, we put those advertisements on several important outlets for tenants. These include sites like Apartments.com, Zillow, Trulia, Craigslist, and others. Most tenants are looking for rental properties online, and we make sure your property gets a lot of exposure.
Oakland Property Management: Showings
Once the ad is placed and we begin hearing from prospective tenants, we will schedule open houses on the weekends. When appropriate, we will host private showings for tenants who cannot make it to the open houses. We will be available to answer questions and talk to prospective tenants about the benefits of renting your home.
A successful marketing campaign over the course of one to two weeks will ensure we get a solid pool of tenants who want to apply for the property. From there, we’ll screen applications and pick the best tenant for your rental property.
