El dia Domingo ellos empiesan a trabajar a partir d las 8:15 lo cual es muy temprano Pues ya que es el dia en que nosotros dormimos mas y hay veces q no bienen entre Semana si no hasta el fin de Semana. Otra Cosa les pido de la manera mas amable que me remplacen la planta de acullo que los muchachos me quebraron. Yo le dije al encargado de la obra de la existencia de Esa planta para que ellos la miraran y no me la fueran a quebrar. Llevo al rededor de 4 años cuidando Esa planta y sus chicos vinieron y me la quebraron asi que les pido una planta nueva y del mismo tamaño por favor. Espero poder tener respuesta de su parte pues ya q esta no era cual quier planta Gracias

I cannot say enough good things about the team at CA Pacific Realty. Last year when my rental had water damage and major renovations were due, they managed it all for me, ensuring my tenants were taken care of. So much so that my insurance company rep. said she had never seen any property manager deal as professionally as the team at CA Pacific Realty. This year, as I am selling my house, the team has been exceptional with the help, the professionalism, the response times and advice. I am a little sad that I am selling my house such that my time with CA Pacific Realty may be coming to an end but I can't praise them enough. You'd be in very good hands with this team.

Happy Holidays! I live at the 2233 Grant street property and I noticed that a week ago, several of the packages near the mailboxes had been ripped into, and it appeared that the items inside had been stolen. Has this incident been investigated, and what actions are being taken to ensure that this doesn't occur again? Considering that these are the holidays and many residents will be expecting packages, it is important that we are able to feel secure about them not being stolen. Do you have any updates on this? Thank you.
